Spring 2019 Financial Aid Schedule

Students may view their K-State bill in KSIS

Sign into KSIS with the student eID and password. Navigate to the Student Center. Under Finances, click on View Bills

Students may grant designated access 

to parent(s) or individuals to view their financial information in KSIS.


Sunday, January 13

K-State will begin to apply financial aid toward spring term university charges. Changes in enrollment after financial aid is applied to university charges may affect the student's continued eligibility. If the student no longer meets the eligibility criteria due to reduced enrollment, funds may need to be reduced or canceled.

Wednesday, January 16

Students and/or parents should sign up for direct deposit before 5 p.m. in order to have remaining financial aid directly deposited into personal checking or savings accounts.

Friday, January 18

The earliest day that refunds are available in the designated checking and savings accounts of students and parents who have enrolled in Direct Deposit.

Tuesday, January 22

First day of the Spring 2019 academic term and the K-State bill payment is due by 3 p.m., at the Cashier's Office in 211 Anderson Hall.

Tuesday, January 22 through Thursday, January 24

Paper refund check(s) may be picked up at the Cashier's Office in 211 Anderson Hall, between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..

Friday, January 25

Remaining paper refund checks are mailed to the student’s local address (obtained from KSIS) or the parent’s address (obtained from the Federal Direct Parent PLUS loan application).

Register for a Direct Deposit Refund (EFT) 

To have remaining financial aid directly deposited into a bank account by Friday, January 18, students and/or parents must enroll for a Direct Deposit Refund (EFT) before 5 p.m., Wednesday, January 16.

Students and/or parents should confirm their direct deposits are available in their checking or savings accounts by contacting their banking institutions.
