8th Annual Row For Humanity 2004, 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m., Thur. Jan. 29, K-State Student Union Courtyard

The K-State Rowing Association and the members of Habitat for Humanity join forces and each row a FULL HOUR on the ergometer, an indoor rowing machine. This is a highly physically and mentally challenging feat!

We'll keep track of how far each rower has rowed using computers on the ergometer. We're trying to set a new record of 1.6 million meters and $40,000! Rowers can win prizes for their efforts.

Please sponsor a participant by sending a check to ROW FOR HUMANITY. In return, we'll send you a postcard to let you know how your rower did!

Come by the K-State Student Union Courtyard to cheer on the rowers and learn to row!

Your money directly supports the K-State Rowing Association and the KSU and Manhattan Chapters of Habitat for Humanity.

The Row for Humanity Fundraiser is traditionally the largest one-time donation the K-State Chapter of Habitat for Humanity receives each year and they are counting on us.

Row For Humanity was founded in 1997 by Seiji Ikeda and Jim Barnard. To this date the fundraiser has raised just over $105,000. WOW!!
