Questions to consider before filling out the online form
- What term(s) (semester) do I want the enrolled student data to be extracted?
- What Snapshot (master type) should be used? Census/Daily/EOS_HWD
- What program/plan(s) should these students have active?
- Do I want those students with the above program/plan/subplan(s) as primary or all students meaning the active program/plan could be their primary, secondary, tertiary or quaternary?
- Do I want degree seeking, non-degree seeking or both?
- What campus should these students be enrolled? MAN, MCE, SAL, SCE or ALL
- What fields do I need to gather the necessary information being requested?
- If GPA is a field requested, then do I want current, cumulative, Undergraduate, Graduate or Veterinary Medicine?
- If address is one of the fields, do I want home (local), permanent or both?
All fields are required.
