Description of Research

I have studied a variety of topics in my time at K-State, including performance appraisal, interviews, and teamwork. My thesis examined the influence of positive and negative employment decisions on performance ratings as well as the influence of rater expertise. As a Research Fellow with the Army Research Institute I am involved in research on team development tools and issues of cross-cultural interaction.
