Kansas International Educators (KIE) Conference 2019

Location and Driving Directions
Kansas State University Polytechnic Campus is located at 2310 Centennial Rd in Salina, KS 67401. Driving directions can be found on the KSU Polytechnic Campus website.
Campus Map and Conference Site
Conference registration and opening remarks will be in the College Center. Refer to the campus map (PDF) for building locations. We recommend that you park in the lot directly south of the College Center or east of the UAS Flight Pavilion. Parking on campus is free.
Registration and Check-In
The registration fee includes light morning refreshments and lunch on the day of the conference. We cannot guarantee lunch if your registration is received after April 10, 2019. You can register online here.
Conference check-in will open at 8:30AM in College Center Conference Room Lobby area. The welcome and opening session is scheduled to begin at 9:00AM. A full conference schedule can be found here.
There is no conference dress code. This is not a formal event, so feel free to be casual and comfortable for the day.

Please indicate on the registration form under “Special Services/Dietary Needs” if you require a vegetarian/vegan option or have food allergies/sensitivities that require an alternate menu selection.
There are many lodging options in Salina, Kansas. The Salina Area Chamber of Commerce provides information on all accommodation options in the area.
Refunds are generally not allowed since most of the cost for the registration fee is consumed by non-recoupable expenses such as service fees and food orders that are confirmed and invoiced in advanced based upon anticipated attendance. Nonetheless, consideration may be given for partial refunds on a case-by-case petition basis if cancellation due to an emergency occurs prior to the start of the conference.
