Symposium fee: $185 ($200 after June 6, 2014). The full symposium fee includes the Tuesday evening picnic dinner, the Wednesday afternoon banquet, and symposium materials. Enrolling by the day is also an option if you are unable to make the entire program. The fee structure is as follows:
Two Days - $125 (Meals not included)
One Day - $75 (Meals not included)
Note: If you are taking Symposium for Graduate Credit, you do not need to register through Global Campus. Please skip down to the section on Graduate Credit. You will be given the option to pay for the Tuesday and Wednesday Meal at a later time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $15 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the K-State Division of Continuing Education Conference Registration Office by 5 p.m. Central time on June 13, 2014. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, no refunds will be given. Fees will not be canceled for registered participants who do not attend and have not notified our registration office on or before the cancellation date.
Kansas State University and the Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Payment is required by the symposium date, but it does not need to accompany your registration form. Before providing the registration form to your school's or department's Business Office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. K-State's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-0771751.

Enrollment ensures participation in all parts of symposium except for the two meals. Meal vouchers can be purchased the first day of registration. You will not need to submit an application fee if you apply as non-degree. All you need is an unofficial copy of your transcript. The rest of the application materials are not needed. You can get up to three credits. To avoid a late fee, please enroll prior to the first day of symposium.
