Payment Information

Registration Methods

If enrolling for Music Symposium is through the graduate college, you will pay directly through the university.

If enrolling for Music Symposium as a workshop, then you should enroll through the conference registration page

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $15 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the email correspondence of Phillip Payne by 5 p.m. Central time on June 7, 2019. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, no refunds will be given. Fees will not be canceled for registered participants who do not attend and have not notified our registration office on or before the cancellation date.


Kansas State University Music, Theatre, and Dance may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Music Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.


Special Assistance

A participant with a disability who needs accommodations or has special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration. If you have further questions please contact Phillip Payne at ppayne@ksu.edu or 785-532-5764. Early notification is requested to ensure that accommodations can be provided in a timely manner.

Payment is required by the symposium date, but it does not need to accompany your registration form. Before providing the registration form to your school's or department's Business Office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the actual copy of the Agency Purchase Order (APO) as soon as it is available. K-State's Federal Employer ID number (FEIN) is 48-0771751.
