ONTARIO SYSTEMS CO-FOUNDER WIL DAVIS TO PRESENT K-STATE COLLEGE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DISTINGUISHED LECTURE

MANHATTAN -- Wil Davis, chairman and co-founder of Ontario Systems, will present the spring distinguished lecture for Kansas State University's College of Business Administration.

The lecture is at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, in the K-State Student Union's Forum Hall. It is free and open to the public.

Ontario Systems is a national software development company that focuses on the receivables management industry. Since its founding in 1980, the company has grown from a custom software business into a premier software provider in many select markets. Today, Ontario Systems is one of the largest software companies headquartered in Indiana.

"It's exciting to have a successful entrepreneur and software expert like Wil Davis serve as our distinguished lecturer," said Yar Ebadi, dean of K-State's College of Business Administration. "His business record is outstanding and I am confident our students will gain important insights from his comments. We are fortunate to have a speaker of Mr. Davis' excellent reputation addressing our students this semester."

An active community leader, Davis serves on numerous boards of for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He has a bachelor's degree and a master's in business administration, both from Ball State University.
