NEWS TIP: K-STATE ENGINEERING PROFESSOR, AIR QUALITY EXPERT AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS AIRPLANE AIR QUALITY IN RELATIONSHIP TO SWINE FLU OUTBREAK

MANHATTAN -- Byron Jones is an expert in aircraft air quality at Kansas State University, where he is director of the Engineering Experiment Station.

Jones worked with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers to develop a standard for air quality on aircraft. He is available to discuss airline air quality as it relates to the spread of swine flu.
