Delta Lambda Phi

Delta Lambda Phi is a national progressive fraternity for gay and bi-sexual men, persons that identify as male, and their allies.

Delta Lambda Phi operates like many other Greek organizations in that they participate in community service activities, coordinate fundraisers, and work with different national or local philanthropies. They are a member of K-State's Interfraternity Council, which allows them to work with many of the other fraternities and sororities on campus, as well as, participate in all the Greek events put on throughout the semester. DLP is not not a housed fraternity as their active member list usually remains small. This gives them the perfect opportunity to create life-long friends and Brotherhood bonds with all of their members.

DLP operates off of three purposes.

1) To develop dignified and purposeful, social, service, and recreational activities, for progressive men irrespective of sexual orientation.

2) To lead in determining the rights and privileges of individuals in society.

3) To present a strong and positive image, respecting the diversity of all individuals irrespective of sexual orientation.
