Gratitude Practice

This workshop will teach participants how to start, maintain, and use practicing gratitude as an effective well-being strategy to increase productivity. During our discussion, we will explore and introduce three micro-strategies that can be introduced into the classroom that are relevant, time-sensitive, and evidence-based to help refocus particpants' minds and advance their well-being. At the end of this presentation, participants will walk away with step-by-step instructions on how to introduce this into their course work or classroom, and the impact gratitude can have on a person's mind, body, and well-being.
