Payment is preferred by the conference date. Payment does not need to accompany your registration form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “CCHA Conference”. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the registration office by 5 p.m. CST on March 1, 2014. After March 1, due to guarantees we must provide, refunds are not available. Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the registration fee even if they do not attend the meeting and have not paid the registration fee.
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless the Division of Continuing Education is notified in writing at email@example.com prior to the start date.
A conference or noncredit program participant who needs accommodations due to a disability or special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
