Nebraska came out strong the second half, scoring two tries and one conversion. K-State was able to score just one try during the second half, as Kenny Scott ran it into the corner. K-State suffered some injuries during the game, forcing Henry Falk and Jacob Dull to leave the action. However, K-State was still able to hold their lead, winning the game 30-19.
