Summary: The Alumni showed us yet again just how valuable experience is in this game. Quoting the KSUFR Rugby Newsletter, "the Alumni made up for their lack of speed and agility with an overwhelming amount of girth and treachery." Both sides had plenty of players, and the Alumni brought plenty of lessons for the younger players to learn, so the game was a success by all accounts. By the end of the first half, KSUFR led 15-12, with two tries by Moses Manu and one try by Hale Sloan. However, the second half was dominated by the Alumni, who racked up 22 more points, while KSUFR had just one try scored by rookie Cameron Frigon. In the end, Alumni defeated the current team 34-20.
