New Employee Benefits Orientation Program

Human Capital Services offers a New Employee Benefits Orientation (NEO) for all new employees twice a month. The orientation session covers all general benefits, retirement programs, leave programs, health and life insurance. Unclassified staff, faculty, and university support staff may all attend the same orientation session from 8:15-10:45 a.m. unless otherwise noted.

NEO is mandatory for university support staff in accordance with Kansas Administrative Regulations, Article 8.

To enroll, complete the New Employee Benefits Orientation Registration.  All NEO sessions after March 28 are part of a new program, K-State New Employee Welcome.  To sign up for a New Employee Welcome session, go to K-State New Employee Welcome Registration.

Please note that the maximum capacity for each NEO session is 45 participants. Once that number is reached, the session will be closed to further enrollment.
