Course Name:  Completing USS Annual Performance Evaluations

Length of Session:  1.5 Hours

Audience: Supervisors of university support staff

Session Description:  This highly interactive class will highlight the necessary points required in completing the USS annual performance review.  Time will be given during the class for all participants to practice the necessary steps to accurately rate their employees, with the added feature of participatory help from Employee Relations and Engagement staff.

Participants should bring a copy of at least one employee performance review in order to actively participate.

Session Objectives:  As a result of this session, participants will:

  • Understand the necessary points in completing the USS annual performance review
