Session Description: Customer Service is an important workplace skill, especially for student employees at K-State. This training session is designed specifically for student employees who provide customer service in their job. This session provides students a unique opportunity to discuss customer service and examine their efforts to determine how their attitudes and behaviors can impact any service situation.
Session Objectives: As a result of this session, participants will:
- Determine how to know and understand your guests
- Identify important behavioral guidelines
- Describe the difference between on-stage and backstage behaviors/conversations
- Commit to an on-going customer service challenge
