Audience:  Supervisors

Session Description: A supervisor is often the first person an employee contacts when he/she needs time off or has an issue that the K-State benefits department can assist with. Therefore, it is vital that supervisors have a clear understanding of benefit programs to support their team and enable team members to be productive and fully supported in their roles.

Session Objectives: As a result of this session, participants will: 

  • Understanding leave programs and how they may apply to employees
  • Identify when and how to submit an incident report for an employee incident that may be covered by worker's compensation
  • Reference optional benefits programs available to employees
