Executive Assistant II | This position reports to and provides senior-level administrative support to the Vice President of Human Capital Services. The incumbent evaluates, directs, and organizes all matters referred to the office, provides oversight and support for all major executive functions and ensures compliance with all applicable procedures, policies, and regulations. The person in this position works independently and confidentially to handle complex, sensitive situations with the potential to have major impact on the university as a whole. |
Office Specialist III | This position serves as the office manager and receptionist for Human Capital Services. The position greets visitors in Human Capital Services, prioritizes interactions for follow-up and ensures follow-through with stakeholder communications. The incumbent ensures efficient day-to-day office operations and is relied upon to provide support for projects as requested. |
