Office of Institutional Equity
The Office of Institutional Equity's goal is to serve as a resource for the university and to ensure that fair, equitable treatment and practices are applied to everyone regardless of race, color, ethnicity or national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, ancestry, disability, military or veteran status.
The Office of Institutional Equity's responsibilities include:
ADA Resources
Employee Relations & Engagement is responsible for ADA Coordination. The ADA coordinator assists applicants, employees (including student employees), hiring officials, supervisors and managers in determining the essential functions of jobs and obtaining documentation of functional abilities and limitations, unless the limitations are obvious; researching and considering possible accommodations; and selecting an effective accommodation.
