Talking points about global food systems

The Global Food Systems Initiative at Kansas State University is a multidisciplinary effort between all of the university's colleges and four campuses. The initiative leverages the university's resources and capabilities in crop production and protection, animal health, food safety, and food security, as well as the numerous current and planned global food systems facilities at the Manhattan, Olathe and Salina campuses and those in the region.

Our vision has faculty, staff, students, administrators, alumni, friends of the university and others sharing and discussing the initiative, the university's capabilities and the current and predicted trends in food systems around the world.

We invite you to use these talking points to begin realizing that vision.
