Ross Milton is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics. Ross earned a PhD in Economics from Cornell University in Fall 2016, an MA degree in Economics from Cornell University in 2014, and a BA in Economics & Political Science from Macalester College in 2008.
Ross’ research interests include public economics, the economics of education, and political economy. His work has focused on whether taxes crowd out private contributions to public services and the optimal design of fiscal limits.
