Sponsor Information
CHECK 2018 will be held at Kansas State University Olathe campus, in Olathe, Kansas, May 23-24, 2018. CHECK will have staff from many of the higher education institutions in Kansas presenting their IT challenges, ideas, and innovative solutions during the conference. Each vendor is offered three CHECK2018 registrations.
The purpose of CHECK2018 is to:
- Provide professional development opportunities for IT professionals in higher education
- Network and collaborate with colleagues from other educational institutions in Kansas
- Interact with technology vendors
Sponsor Tracks: Typically, these presentations are scheduled to run during three simultaneous ‘tracks’. CHECK2018 will again be offering a fourth track for sponsors. There will be six, 45-minute vendor slots available to two Platinum Event Sponsors and four Gold Sponsors on a first-come basis.
Prize Gifts to Attendees: We encourage vendors to offer giveaways to be handed out through drawings at their vendor table. Sponsors will be able to present the gift to the winning attendee drawn at random from their table registration during the closing lunch event.
Display Tables: Sponsors are encouraged to offer demonstrations at their tables.
Payment for sponsor support is due by March 30, 2018
