Associate Director

The Associate Director serves as the CES liaison to the College of Business Administration and coordinates internal employer-related operations.  Requires a master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in human resource management, university student services, teaching, or related field.  Prefer 2 or more years of supervisory experience with direct report employees.  Also prefer relevant experience with quality improvement and customer relationship management (CRM) or other workforce/career services management software.  Professional experience related to college that the Associate Director will be serving is also helpful.
