Description:

snapSNAP-Ed's goal is to improve the likelihood of food assistance individuals making healthy food choices within a limited budget. SNAP-Ed offers valuable skills to help increase participants' overall diet quality by choosing and preparing nutritious foods, balancing diet with physical activity, increasing food resource management skills like budgeting and creating a shopping list, and increasing food security by facilitating an understanding of available food assistance programs.
