All-University Career Fair Registration Information

Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019: Agriculture, Arts and Sciences, Business, and Health and Human Sciences 
Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019: All majors | This day is a best fit for employers considering a wide variety of majors qualified for their opportunities
Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019: Engineering and Technology

Fair Details

Given feedback from employers and students, we provide a three-day format based on the recruiting needs of each employer. 

If you have recruiting needs that span more than one of these days, you may register for multiple days as long as the company/organization's recruiting needs correspond with the specific career fair day(s).

Registration Fees 
  • Booth registration: $475 per booth. A late registration fee of $100 will be added to registrations received after Friday, Aug. 30, 2019.
  • Representatives: $45 per representative
    • No more than five reps per booth
    • More than five reps requires the purchase of a second booth space

Agri-Industry Employer Dinner 
Date: Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 5-7 p.m. 
Location: K-State Alumni Center Ballroom; 1720 Anderson Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66506 
Price: $60 per person 

Employers will have the opportunity to meet informally with students and College of Agriculture faculty and staff. Food and refreshments will be served. Price is $60 per person.

Media and Communications Mixer and Mocktails 
Date: Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 5-7 p.m. 
Location: Dole Hall Atrium; 1525 Mid-Campus Drive, Manhattan, KS 66506 
Price: $25 per person 

This evening event gives employers the opportunity to network with faculty and meet students from the A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications within the College of Arts and Sciences. Snacks, beverages, and a tour of our KKSU-TV studios and Dole Hall facilities are included. Price is $25 per person.

Management Information Systems (MIS) Social 
Date: Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 7-9 p.m. 
Location: Business Administration Building BB 2114 & 2116; 1301 Lovers Lane, Manhattan, KS 66506 
Price: $100 per person 

This evening event gives employers the opportunity to meet directly with students, faculty, and administrators from the Management Information Systems (MIS) Club within the College of Business. Food and beverages will be served for employers in attendance. Price is $100 per person. Limit five representatives per company. Space is limited, so large banners and table displays may not be accommodated.

College of Engineering Reception 
Date: Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 5:30–8 p.m. 
Location: Carl R. Ice College of Engineering Complex; 1701 Platt Street, Manhattan, KS 66506 
Price: $200 per table, see description 

This evening event gives employers the opportunity to visit informally with students, faculty, and staff from the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering. Hors d’eouvres will be served. The price for this event is $200, which includes one company-sponsored table and seats for two company representatives. Limit two tables per organization. Additional representatives, above the two allowed per table, will be $35 each. Table must be sponsored in order to attend this event. Spacing is limited.

Polytechnic College of Technology and Aviation 
Date: Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 4-5:30 p.m. 
Location: Union Station by JP’s; K-State Student Union, 918 N 17th Street, Manhattan, KS 66506 
Price: $20 per person 

This evening event is an opportunity for employers to visit informally with students and faculty from the College of Technology and Aviation. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Price is $20 per person.

Please submit payment for your registration no later than the first day of the career fair on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
