Student Fisheries and Wildlife Societies

Student organizations provide valuable opportunities to begin developing the necessary skills and understanding of different professional careers.  The Wildlife Society and the American Fisheries Society are leading professional organizations that have state and university sub-units.  Through the societies, students can network with professionals, attend field trips to improve skill sets, and obtain access to scholarship and travel funding sources.
