Ready to transform how you navigate challenging workplace conversations? Join The Power of Conversations, an engaging, full-day workshop designed to help you communicate with confidence, clarity and impact.

The workshop will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 14, on the K-State Manhattan campus. Lunch will be on your own from noon to 1 p.m.

Facilitated by Human Resources’ Talent and Organizational Development team, this hands-on workshop uses the structured Critical Friends learning approach to help you:

• Discuss real challenges.
• Learn from the experiences and insights of your peers.
• Practice respectful conversations focused on solutions.

The workshop isn’t just about conversations — it’s also about strengthening collaboration and building a stronger K-State community. By sharing ideas and tackling challenges together, we continue to grow our skills and reinforce our One K-State mindset.

Previously offered to select supervisor groups, the workshop has received excellent feedback for being highly practical, immediately applicable in the workplace and energizing.
