There are several benefits to living at AGR. Below is a sample of some of those features and their benefits:

Feature	Benefit
Staff Cook and Meal Plan	At AGR we have a cook named Mabel Jensen or Baby. Baby prepares five lunches and five suppers for the brothers each week. Every Wednesday night is a formal meal, which means a great meal! Beats cooking, right? During the day, the lunches are served from 10:30-12:45 and meals are served at 5:30. If those times do not match your schedule, Baby will fix you either an early or late plate- she makes sure you get fed. On top of that, AGR has a 24-Hour breakfast nook stocked with snacks and breakfast items. We also have an ice dispenser and a pop machine.
House Mother	AGR is also home to our housemother, Jeanie Stucker. Mother Stucker has been at the house for two years and helps brothers with etiquette classes. She works hard to help AGR prosper and keeps us accountable to our objectives of "making better men."
Brotherhood Program	AGR was the first fraternity to use its unique brotherhood program. This program requires equality among members and adheres to a strict anti-hazing policy. This means if its required of a freshman, than its also required of a senior.
Sleeping Porches	At AGR you don't sleep in the same room you study in. This means you can always get a peaceful rest, even if your roommate is a night owl. You don't get this advantage in the dorms.
Academic Tools	At AGR each member has access to a high speed Ethernet connection. The house also has an extensive library that adheres to a quite 24 hours a day policy. The library is home to a house printer, a copy machine and a study file full of resources to study with for your academic work. In addition the house supplies three computers, two of which are in the library. AGR has the tools ready to help you be an academic success.
Professional Fraternity	AGR is the Nation's largest profesional/social fraternity. At AGR a vast majority of brothers are agricultural majors. This means that A) you will likely have several classes with brothers; B) our test files are specific to your studies; C) we all share common interests; and D) you are more likely to have industry ties for careers and internships with AGR than anywhere else with over 60 houses and 60,000+ brothers nation wide in the same industry. AGR also has the most active alumni on campus which also helps in the cause.
Laundry Rooms	AGR has four washer machines and four dryers. This way you don't have to waste you time going to the laundromat.
Cable	AGR has a cable connection in each room with all of your favorite channels. We also have a media room with has a big screen television that several brothers watch TV, movies or play video games on.
Getting Active	AGR has several social date parties, including Rouletter which is the campus's second longest running party. In addition, AGR serves the community through service projects and philanthropies.
