To attend 2019 AGS, registration is required. The Registration Fee includes meals, printed materials, the Night at the Konza Prairie event and more. Dietary restrictions (i.e. gluten free, vegan, lactose intolerant, vegetarian, food allergies, etc.) may be accommodated, only if indicated on registration.

Abstract submissions for oral presentation consideration and poster sessions will not be accepted unless registered for symposium.
Online Registration Instructions:
To register as an Attendee, please click 2019 Arthropod Genomics Symposium.
Scroll down and make your selections. Click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the page.
At the bottom of the shopping cart section, click “Sign In or Create Profile.” Returning customers should sign in with their username and password. New customers should click “Create Profile” to set up account information. After completing the customer profile, select “submit.”
Verify that your name and selections are listed. Continue by clicking the “Checkout” button.
Provide additional information. Continue by clicking the “Continue” button.
On the Billing Information page, select pay by credit/debit card OR invoice me. Then click the “Next” button.
On the Summary Review page, review your order. Click “Submit Order” to finalize registration. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address listed on your registration.
K-State Global Campus is providing registration services for AGS. Their dedicated registration team will receive event registrations securely online, by mail, phone, or fax. If there are questions or you need assistance with registration, please contact the Conference Registration Office at (785) 532-5569 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The registration team will be at AGS to manage registration check-in on the evening of Wednesday, June 12 and the morning of Thursday, June 13.
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $50.00 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the Conference Registration Office on or before 05/20/19. Due to guarantees we must give prior to the program, refunds are not available if notice of cancellation is received after the deadline. To cancel or modify your registration, please send a written request to email@example.com with the program name in the subject line. Registrants who do not cancel their registration by the deadline are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the event and have not paid the registration fee.
