Symposium Lodging
The Local AGS Organizing Committee is striving to make your visit to Manhattan, KS smooth and enjoyable. We advise you to make your lodging reservations as soon as possible, as rooms in Manhattan, KS may be limited during this time. Rooms in the reserved blocks at the following symposium lodging sites are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. Lavatories and showers are shared in common with separate men’s and women’s facilities. There is a dining facility where you can purchase meals on a walk-in basis. Your symposium registration provides meals at the symposium location during the symposium (starting the evening of June 12 and ending with dinner at Konza on June 14).

Roommate Assignment:
Each room will house two guests. If you are interested in rooming with someone in particular, please complete the 2019 AGS Roommate Request form which will request the following information:
- Email Address
- First & Last Name
- Title
- Institution
- Date of Arrival
- Date of Departure
- Your Gender: Male or Female
Roommate requests will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee you will be assigned to a room with the person you request; however if you both request each other on the form, your chances of rooming together will increase.
*All roommate suggestions must be submitted by May 20. Roommates should be announced the week prior to the symposium start date.
