Spring 2023 arrival schedule

| December 7 | Earliest entry date The earliest date you may enter the U.S. It is NOT recommended to arrive on campus earlier than January 2nd. You will be responsible for additional living costs. |
| January 3 | Housing move-in Housing opens for international students. You will sign up for a move-in day and time. Be sure to check your housing contract for early arrival fees. |
| January 3-6 | Arrival week You must report your arrival online with International Student and Scholar Services by completing the online Check-In survey and uploading the requested documents. An airport shuttle is available during this week for students arriving in the Manhattan Regional Airport (MHK) to the main campus in Manhattan, KS. |
| January 6 | Latest entry date You must enter the U.S. by this date. |
| January 9-13 | International student orientation |
| January 16 | University holiday to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day |
| January 17 | First day of Spring 2023 classes |
| March 12-19 | Spring Break |
| May 5 | Last day of Spring 2023 classes |
| May 8-12 | Spring 2023 final examinations |
| May 22 | Summer 2023 semester begins |
| August 21 | Fall 2023 semester begins |
