Prior to coming to Kansas State, I worked at International Studies Abroad with faculty-led programs and Georgia State University as an advisor. I earned a BA in Sport Management, MA in International Affairs, and MS in Higher Education from the Florida State University. While at Florida State, I spent a total of 21 months as a student and employee at the FSU study centers in London, Florence, and Valencia. In London, I spent time as a student and then as a Graduate Counselor/Teaching Assistant. As a graduate counselor, I worked with faculty and staff to plan and implement cultural activities and excursions and as a TA, I dived right into the program academics. While working as a Resident Assistant at the FSU Florence Study Center, I served in an administrative and advisory role, really getting to know what students want and need abroad. I’ve visited many countries in Europe as a part of my studies and also as a backpacker; even making my way to Israel. I look forward to drawing from my personal experiences to assist K-State students on study abroad opportunities!
