We have now completed the lesson on choosing a course of action. Six skills focused on managing our own anger:
This is a skill Take a breath of life

This is a skill When angry, slow down my response
This is a skill Use words to accurately own my own emotions

Seven skills were examined for their potential usefulness when both of us are angry:

This is a skill Make a specific reasonable request
This is a skill Use my anger to stand my ground
This is a skill Offer a conciliatory gesture
