This is a skill Avoid anger triggers
If possible, just avoid needless anger triggers. Stay away from people who rub you the wrong way, places that cause you frustration, and objects (e.g., weapons) that are especially dangerous if you should lose control of your anger. Your goal is to reduce the risk of emotional highjacking by simply avoiding the provocative.

Of course, staying away from people and circumstances that may be anger arousing is not always possible. No single tool or skill is going to be 100% effective. But avoiding anger triggers should be an option that you keep in mind.
