This is a skill Evaluate the frequency of the anger
Frequency involves the number of times you become angry each day. If you become angry frequently, you risk exhaustion. Defining "too often" is difficult. If the anger is making you tired and both you and your child unhappy, it may be occurring too often.

Journal entryReexamine your Journal Entry #16 Anger occasions. Add more occasions to the list if you wish. For each circumstance, ask yourself, "Does this really deserve my anger?" If not, the best response is to ignore the behavior or perform some other action to prevent your anger arousal. This course will show you a variety of ways to achieve this goal.
