While Recognition skills are essentially passive, Evaluation skills are more critical. With evaluation, we have to exercise good judgment. There are four FireWorks skills that fit this category:

Evaluate the appropriateness of the threat
Evaluate the fairness of the anger
Evaluate the intensity of the anger
Evaluate the frequency of the anger
