This is a skill Recognize my physical experience of anger during the emotional experience
Recognition skills involve turning inward. Anger management begins with awareness. It's difficult to manage what we don't know we have. This may seem simple, but in practice it's difficult to pay attention to ourselves during an emotional arousal like anger. We can be angry without even knowing it, especially in the early stages.

Journal entry#15. Anger signs. Take out your journal and create a heading called "Anger Signs." Identify what happens to your body when you feel anger. Start with signs of low-level irritation, and then increase to more intense forms of anger. Identify as many physical reactions as you can to your experience of anger. Write them down.
