Responding to our children
The solution is not to avoid ever becoming angry (an impossible task for mere mortals), but to turn down the heat and tune up the communication.

In the next section we will begin to look at specific anger management personal tools that will lower the intensity and frequency of anger and increase our ability to use anger as part of effective communication with others, especially children.
