Harmful emotional behavior
A risk is a circumstance that increases the probability of a harmful outcome. Strong emotions can put us at risk.

Fear can lead to panic.

Sadness can result in depression.

Anger can trigger rage.

Journal entry#12. Emotion risks. What risks are associated with each of these behaviors? Write down what could happen next for each one.
