Every basic emotion can spin out of control, lose their original value, and become destructive.

Journal entry#11. Negative outcomes. Take out your journal. Write down and consider each of the following emotions:

Fear
Sadness
Anger

Each of these feelings can have positive value. What destructive forms of behavior can follow if they become unmanageable and extreme?
