Chronic anger can kill us
The constant stress on the three physical systems can take its toll. People who are chronically angry are at-risk for lower life expectancy. Like an alarm bell that is constantly ringing and eventually fails because of overheated electrical circuits, the body begins to break down. The specific site of the breakdown (e.g., heart, stomach, pain) depends on genetic "weak links."
