Anger: the fire emotion
Anger is a lot like fire. Fire is good. It keeps us warm and provides energy for our machines.

If fire does not have borders, it can become dangerous if it goes out of control.

Anger is useful when bordered. We can learn to use anger within healthy constraints. That's why I call this program FireWorks.

Only in the Garden of Eden did Adam and Eve never feel anger (nor fear or sadness). Once they found themselves in the real world, they needed anger, fear, and sadness to deal with the realities of the world. Each emotion has power. Power though needs restraint and moderation.

In the next session, we will explore the dangers of anger.

A good place to stop
