The colors of the menu items on the left show what is emphasized in each lesson. Those with a purple cast are information overviews. Blue items refer to lessons that emphasize principles of anger management. Tan items take you to lessons that focus on anger management skills. The skills build on the principles.

If you click on the menu item Risk, for example, you will go to Lesson 3: The Risks of Anger. If you click on the menu item REACH you will go to Lesson 5: The REACH Model of Anger Management which provides an intro to the five sets of anger management skills. Note that the first letter of Recognizing, Evaluating, Assessing, Choosing, and Honoring spell REACH.

Some of the frames have a page counter at the bottom that informs us (and you) as to the number of individuals who visited a specific frame. Your visit is anonymous. We have no way of knowing who you are. The HTML code we use is very simple.
