3. Reduce needless frustration
We can encourage others to take more effective charge of their lives and reduce the heat that makes the pot boil. No one can eliminate all frustration though. Adults who take steps to regulate themselves take a critical step in anger management. We can, for example, support someone who wants to change their addictive behavior or escape from circumstances that are a continual source of anger.
