Teaching anger management to adults 1-1
I think the best way to support adults in their anger management is in a personal, one-to-one relationship. There are many different relationship types:

A wife and her husband
A therapist and patient
A chaplain and a corrections inmate
A social worker with a student in job training
A caseworker and an older juvenile offender
A physician and a patient

Obviously, each of these relationships have unique characteristics that should be examined to explore their significance for anger management. We cannot devote the time and space here to investigate these issues.

Although my expertise is primarily with parents, children, and youth, I would like to make eight recommendations that could be implemented in all these cases.
