Anger: the fire emotion If fire does not have borders, it can become dangerous if it goes out of control. Anger is useful when bordered. We can learn to use anger within healthy constraints. That's why I call this program FireWorks. This would be a good time to visit the message board to read what others have said about their learning experience with this module and post your own thoughts. You can reach the message board from the K-State Online home page for the FireWorks-2 course. Only in the Garden of Eden did Adam and Eve never feel anger (nor fear or sadness). Once they found themselves in the real world, they needed anger, fear, and sadness to deal with the realities of the world. Each emotion has power. Power though needs restraint and moderation. In the next session, we will explore the dangers of anger.
