The audience of over 40 participants also was able to ask questions and get advice about various health, fitness and wellness issues.

Walk Kansas Opportunity http://www.walkkansas.org

Spring is just around the corner (hopefully) and it's time to think about getting out and enjoying Kansas. K-State Research and Extension sponsors a statewide program where teams of six people keep track of exercise, fruits/vegetables and whole grains and work on healthy living. Check out the website and learn how you and some family, friends or colleagues might get involved. President Schulz and I will have a team participating in the eight week program. Hope you will join us!
