Mark Statham

Mark
Statham is a postdoctoral researcher in the Wisely lab.
He is involved in phylogeographic analysis of
red fox and black footed ferret, and landscape genetics of white tailed
deer. Much of this analysis is carried out
on museum
specimens in the Ancient DNA lab. His
Ph.D. research was on the “Development and use of DNA Identification
Techniques
for Irish Mustelids”. These are
comprised of the Irish stoat, American mink, Eurasian otter, Eurasian
badger
and European pine marten.
