Assistant Vice President, University Risk and Compliance Officer

The assistant vice president of university risk and compliance officer is a senior leader who serves as a catalyst to lead risk assessment and compliance management across Kansas State University’s campuses. This individual will provide oversight and coordination of an institutional risk and compliance program that promotes a culture of compliance and the highest standards of ethics, integrity and responsibility within the University community.

The assistant vice president is expected to work collaboratively with senior leadership and departments across K-State approaching risk and compliance matters with a problem solving approach to maintain compliance and accomplish the mission-related educational and research goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to leading proactive risk assessment and reduction strategies, coordination and oversight of the institution’s compliance program and efforts and facilitating solutions to risk related issues.
